Mrs. Merritt teaches 3rd Grade at OLS - Seton. She graduated from Seton Catholic High School and recieved her degree from SUNY Oneonta. Mrs. Merritt has been an educator in the Broome County Catholic School system for 20 years. Within that time she has taught Kindergarten, 1st and 3rd grades and was also the Computer teacher for grades K-8 for three years.
 
Mrs. Merritt is a native of Endwell, NY. She and her husband, John, live in the home that she was raised in and have been married for 30 years. They have 2 boys, Matt (wife Andrea) and Sean (wife Bille Jo) and two grandchildren, Alexis and a February 2009 birth.
