Ms. Penoyer - Phys Ed. / Health
Ms. Penoyer is the physical education/health teacher at St. James and OLS - Seton. She is a recent graduate of SUNY Cortland. She has her BS in physical education, is certified by the American Red Cross in CPR and AED, and is also trained on the "Eppy Pen" for Ephedrine Injections. While at Cortland State, Ms. Penoyer played lacrosse for the Lady Red Dragons; she is also the varsity women’s assistant lacrosse coach for Seton High School. Ms. Penoyer comes from a strong physical education background; her dad is a retired physical education teacher from the Cortland City School District.
Ms. Penoyer works to create an energizing, creative learning environment that brings out the best in everyone. She puts her students first, and is always willing to go above and beyond in service of them.
